TechStart is a USD$ 30 million projects of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy and is funded by the World Bank, European Union, Government of Netherlands, and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and is implemented by DAI. The project aims to increase economic opportunities for IT service firms by boosting advanced technologies and creating jobs for IT graduates and professionals.
